Meet Kirk Holdcroft
Kirk has been a real estate investor for over twelve years, and about four years ago left his long time career managing both large and small companies, to pursue real estate on a full time basis.
Obtaining an Ohio real estate license has complemented and facilitated Kirk's personal and professional goals in the real estate business. He believes, for example, that all real estate acquisitions, whether for personal or investment purposes, should be made based upon the value they represent. His experience with personal investments and property rehabilitations give him a unique perspective when evaluating property for his clients.
Kirk has lived in Monclova Township for over twenty five years, and previously has resided in Sylvania, Temperance, and Perrysburg. Currently, he owns property throughout the Toledo Metropolitan area.
Kirk holds a BSBA (Marketing) and a MBA (Finance) from Miami University, has recently completed a four year term on Miami's Alumni Board of Directors and currently serves the University as an Ambassador and academic recruiter. He was recently a member of the Advisory Board for Catholic Cemeteries for the Diocese of Toledo.
Kirk and his wife, Barb (Dr. Barb) have been married for 32 years, and have two children. Barb is a college professor and published author.
