Nancy's interest in real estate can be traced back to Gone With The Wind, Where Scarlett O'Hara's father says, "The land is the only thing in the world that amounts to anything." A lifelong resident of Toledo, Nancy watched her own father build houses. Over the years, she developed a growing appreciation for people and the importance homes and neighborhoods play in their lives.
She enjoys interior design, and sees the potential in houses that may elude others. Nancy delights in the excitement of striking the best deal for her clients on the home of their choice to fulfill their dreams. She has a soft spot in her heart for first time buyers and encourages them to purchase the least expensive house in the most expensive neighborhood within their financial comfort zone.
Because Nancy considers people to be the heart and stars of her business, she uses "Nancy & Friends" as her logo. Always keeping her client's best interest at heart, she strives to benefit both buyer and seller in every transaction.
Nancy is the mother of two grown sons and has two grandchildren. She is "owned" by two beautiful greyhounds and spends her free time reading, writing and dancing and reminds everyone to "Live a Great Life"!
